Matthew Sukkarieh

Matt has over 15 years experience in the financial services and property industries. An avid property investor himself, Matt enjoys applying his passion for property to assist sellers on their journey to realise the best result for their property sale.

He has been involved in working with the sale of various styles of property from development projects through to residential housing, units, land and commercial property. Matt has a commerce background and has won industry awards for his work with clients.

He completed a Graduate Diploma of Commerce (Financial Planning) UQ, Bachelor of Information Technology QUT, Diploma of Financial Planning, Advanced Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance, Certificate IV in Property Services and Real Estate, as well as securing his Real Estate Agent License all of which inform Matt’s professional and qualified approach.

He uses these specialist qualifications and experience to investigate and collate resources such as RP data, bank valuations and other market indicators to produce a sales document that helps the buyer understand the value of their investment.
